Applicability
This Privacy and Cookie Statement has been drawn up in accordance with the European Privacy Regulation as adopted on 25 May 2016 and entered into force on 25 May 2018. Where in this Privacy and Cookie Statement General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is mentioned, it can be interpreted as equivalent to the European GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation. The articles refer to the Dutch translation of the GDPR known as the “Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming” (AVG) as published on the website of the Dutch Government https://wetten.overheid.nl. This Statement is applicable for the trademarks Maison Marone and Maison Marone Paris.


Responsible controller
Maison Marone is a so-called controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that Maison Marone decides which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what way.
